xWhen you've got a recipe that calls for a lot of shredded cabbage, it can be hard to make it happen with a regular knife and cutting board. The Microplane 2-in-1 Cabbage Tool solves that problem, and then some.
This versatile tool is perfect for a variety of recipes that call for chopped or shredded cabbage, such as sauerkraut, kimchi, coleslaw, slaw dogs, and more. It's also ideal for making cabbage rolls and coring cauliflower or cabbage, which makes it just right for your favorite cauliflower pizza crust recipe or low-carb vegetable lasagna.
And the best part is that this tool can also be used to separate florets from broccoli or cauliflower stalks while removing the stalks themselves—so you can use the stalks in other recipes and enjoy the florets on their own!
Designed to quickly and effortlessly core and shred with one easy-to-use tool, the 2-in-1 Cabbage tool features straight twin blades to make quick work out of shredding lettuce and cabbage for kimchi, stir-fries, spring rolls, coleslaw and so much more! Additionally, its broad blade effectively peels an array of large produce with thin and thicker skins, such as potatoes, eggplant, carrots, and cucumbers. The razor-sharp blades swivel and self-adjust to the surface of each ingredient being peeled for optimum results. Included at the end of the handle is a highly efficient coring blade and shaft made of sturdy stainless steel for maximum power and durability. It smoothly separates and extracts cores with complete ease and can also be used to trim cauliflower's stubborn stems!
